Mental Health week

It is children's mental health week 6-10th February. We will be preparing for the week with an assembly delivered by our Peer mentors on Wednesday 1st February. The theme for this year is 'Let's Connect'. We will be concluding the week with a Dress to Express day on Friday 10th February, so children can come in dressed 'how you feel!' Dress To Express is an opportunity for self-expression and celebrating a diverse range of emotions. We hope to have a photobooth to raise funds for our nurture area resources so children will be able to dress up and have a photo taken for £1.
If anyone has any resources we could use for photobooth eg hats, glasses, scarves, handbags etc please can you send into school.

Tree planting

We are expecting some hedge saplings to be delivered in early March from Woodland Trust to plant around the school fencing to create a natural border, if any parents would be willing to come in and help us with planting it would be greatly appreciated, if you are happy to help please let the office know.  We can let you know a planting date once we receive them.

Please find attached a letter from the immunisation team regarding how to book onto one of the flu clinic sessions if your child has not had their flu vaccination.
