Hello Wolves, it was lovely to see Molly has started work on celebrations this week and made a lovely poster about Holi with Hugo. Mario and Molly have started making their bunting for Friday, has anyone else? Oliver, Evie and Mario have been practising keywords and phonics, has anyone else? Who has started to plan their picnic for VE Day?
Today, Y1 and some of Y2 are doing section C&D of UEFA League reading comprehension questions and the rest of Y2 are doing p50, 55 My Balloon in their orange CGP books.
Year 1 and 2 are comparing capacity, it's going to be nice weather so get the buckets and containers outside and fill them with water from jugs and estimate and compare their capacity - which one holds 1 litre? Which is the biggest? Is it always the tallest container or sometimes is it shorter but wider? Let me know what you find out.
