Wolves Friday 1st May

Date: 30th Apr 2020 @ 2:51pm

Morning Wolves, how can it be May already???

Thank you Ace for the photo of your fruit and veg collage, Sophia, you will be pelased to know Oliver tried your weighing scales idea!  Molly has been learning about digestion, Mario and Evie have been baking and Oliver has been playing shops with real money!

Last day on your food topic today.

Some of Y2 have p42, 47 'Time for battle' to do in their Orange CGP books, and the rest of Y2 and Y1 have the final part of 'Kid's Menu' reading challnge to do, either A&B or C&D please.

Maths is capacity day for you all, get those jugs and containers outside and get wet, estimating and ordering containers in order of capacity (how much liquid will fit inside them, or sand, if you don't want to get wet!)  Can you find containers that hold 100ml or 1 litre in your cupboards?  How many litres does your washing up bowl hold?

Year 1 and 2 have 2 sheets to do on capacity too.  I am looking forward to your photos.

Love Mrs Rudge x
