Foxes 20.11.23

Date: 17th Nov 2023 @ 1:51pm

Hello Foxes

Welcome to a new school week. Our learning behaviour for this week is 'push yourself' and our value is 'trust'

Our words to practise are orogeny and tectonic.

Things to remember

Monday is PE and guitar

Wednesday is PE and your parent consultations, homework is due in

Thursday is parents consultations

Friday I am out in the morning so Mrs Lankester will be covering.

There are still some children that have not booked a parent consultation with me. It is part of working in partnership that you, your parents and I meet to discuss your learning.

Can I please remind you that from this week if you do not show me your 5 reads, you will need to complete them in school as it is part of your homework.

Reading is an essential part of your education and is one the most important things you can do to help yourself.

Hopefully your parents saw on the newsletter that I have had to deal with incidents of swearing during games online outside of school. I will be setting up a system where you can report this to me if you witness any inappropriate language or unkind words being used. Please discuss this with your parents and do not engage online with others who make these choices as we talked about in our PSHE last week.

Please ensure you have a coat and dry socks in school each day. We will be aiming to have our rugby lessons on the field next week so dry socks will be essential.

I hope you have a great weekend.

Mrs Windmill
